HOW TO BECOME A FULL-TIME JUNIOR DEVELOPER

Your journey in 4 quick steps

  • STEP 1
    Enroll until March 31st

    Easy-peasy. Fill in the form below by March 31st. Don’t forget to mention whether you want to advance your skills in Java or Angular.

  • STEP 2
    Take the test & ace the interviews

    Prove your programming skills through an online test. Depending on your score, you will be invited to a short chat with our HR team and then with our Tech team. 

  • STEP 3
    Study hard in session

    If you both interviews go well, you’ll enter the Boot Camp alongside 9 more like-minded students. You’ll get full access to a 3-month intensive Java/Angular training with top professors from EvoByte. You'll receive hands-on mentorship from our senior developers.

  • STEP 4
    Q is the name of the game

    At the end of the Boot Camp, based on our results, you'll be invited to the final interview for a full-time role as a Junior Frontend or Backend Developer. If we like each other, you’ll become a QUALITANCER, and that comes with a 500€ reward for all the hard work & effort you invested throughout the Boot Camp.

What is the QUALITANCE Boot Camp all about?

It’s a intensive training program and your fair chance to get a full-time job. With your passion for tech and our know-how on Java & Angular, the sky's the limit. We provide you with theoretical knowledge and practical experience that will help you radically improve your tech skills. You will learn from the best because you’ll be studying with top-notch professors and get mentored by our senior developers throughout the project that you will develop during the Boot Camp. 

Do I get paid for enrolling in this Boot Camp?

The Boot Camp participation is not remunerated. However, we cover the expenses for the courses facilitated by EvoByte and reward the students who get hired as full-time developers with a 500€ bonus.

What are the eligibility criteria to enroll in our Boot Camp?

Apart from your high interest in starting a career in tech, you need to have basic programming skills which will be put through an online test right after the enrollment process. 

Why should I apply for this Boot Camp?

Because it’s a great opportunity to learn Java & Angular and to specialize in frontend or backend development. The Boot Camp contains the perfect mix of theoretical and practical knowledge, allowing you to learn and apply what you learn in real-life tech projects. All that under the close supervision and mentorship of our senior developers. If you also want to get a full-time job as a Junior Frontend Developer with Angular or a Backend Developer with Java, the Boot Camp is a real chance to succeed.

How long will the Boot Camp actually last?

The Boot Camp starts in mid-April and last for 3 months. You’ll have access more than 120 hours of theory and practice to which we’re adding the mentorship hours and, of course, your individual study time.

What kind of work will I be doing as a Boot Camp student?

Depending on the type of your chosen speciality: frontend or backend, you’ll be working on practical tasks that will help you in developing your final Boot Camp project.

Do I have real opportunities for full-time employment in QUALITANCE?

Yes. At the end of the Boot Camp, depending on your skills and results, you’ll be invited to take one final interview. If we like each other, we’ll shake hands and welcome you on the team. You’ll become a full-time QUALITANCER, with full responsibilities in your role and a complete compensation package. As a QUALITANCER, you will also receive a 500€ bonus for all the hard work you did in the Boot Camp.
